like I mean if you're at a good place you're um standard within a standard deviation of the mean um for your age then that's probably a good place to start you don't need to really do too much but if you were already lower then you would want to be way more aggressive potentially making sure you're optimizing your calcium intake your magnesium your vitamin D maybe even your K2 making sure those are all perfect and then focusing on the high impact stuff um per menopause um you know I would I would say keeping that level of activity those nutrients um during your um your premenopause premenopausal years um tracking with a dexa probably at your age you don't need to be tracking yearly but every couple of years makes sense I think and then once you get to that permenopausal age I would think tracking needs to go to closer to like every year and it's going to be um just way closer monitoring and making sure that you're keeping on top of things
