and you'll see this talked about as if there's an imbalance in oxygens versus antioxidants and that's actually one of the definitions that they use for oxidative stress is this unbalancing as if we've you know stumbled and tipped something we shouldn't have and we just have to correct it ourselves but one thing I think can be easily missed is this unbalancing may be happening for a reason because we do use oxidative stress to help promote cell growth in the muscle after exercise for example or even to promote healing and fight pathogens and all this stuff
