it was also really difficult for me to figure out how to get protein and I'm in a place in my life where I'm trying to build lean body mass and I just I don't think I could ever accomplish that even if it was vegan ketogenic yeah yeah that's such a great illustration I I think that we all thank you for your valiant efforts and your willingness to be to be so courageous to eat a vegan diet for three days on the third day of the vegan diet was it any more stable or was it basically just oscillatory for all three days because some people might suggest that it would have evened out over time right yeah I mean I don't I'm not saying that three days is like enough time to really see I mean you know who knows if I would have done it 1014 days I think my body probably would have continued to adapt my pancreas would have been you know up regulating insulin production and things like that but no even on the third day when you look at the graphs side-by-side I think actually it was on the third day that I ate two apples like just plain apples like there was no no peanut butter protein or anything with them and I had a huge spike and I was walking into a delivery actually a 4-step delivery so I was a little bit stressful too so I think there's some cortisol response in there but it shot like way up just eating two apples
