one of the articles that that you pointed out to me is this one the the vetchie study which is the most invited what's that the most cited by uh many of the vegan doctors that i was uh looking for help and asking for help were citing this study as uh you know the the best kind of um evidence that we have that a vegan diet can be optimal for children right and both i think you and i came to the same conclusion when we read this study even just looking at the abstract what you can see here is that their conclusion is that a vegetarian and vegan diet those are quite different in terms of outcomes in early childhood can provide the same amount of energy so calories and macronutrients that would be protein fat and carbohydrates leading to a normal growth in comparison to omnivorous children
