So the point of all this is that when I say you have to find what's right for you, that's not a throwaway statement. Some people's microbiome and the lining of their mucosa, excuse me, their mucosa lining of their throat, of their gut, of their nose, everything is improved by diets that are heavily meat based and don't have many plants. Other people do much better on a plant-based diet without many meat products or animal products. It's highly individual. And this probably has roots in genetic makeup.
