don't fear protein with regard to mtor embrace mtor do protein and carbohydrates get leucine plus carbohydrates really turn on mtor but don't think that because you're ordering avoiding animal protein you're avoiding turning on mtor because the the insulin that is in your body that is responding to all sorts of things is definitely going to turn on mtor in a good way in my opinion
