and he he did a study probably 15 years ago where they gave uh people different levels of egg protein and they looked at 5 10 20 and 40 grams of egg protein and their conclusion was that 20 grams of egg protein maximized the protein synthesis response but that's because straight down the line if there's a P value of more than 05 you you can't say there's a difference right but if you looked at the absolute difference between 20 and 40 G I think it was like 11%
