if you don't have red meat or organs then yeah use a protein powder but if you have red meat or organs why would you just not eat a steak because you think about the information that's in red meat and organs and there's different information when you've hydrolyzed the protein and taken with amino acids like people like these protein powders are becoming popular people ask me like what about this protein shake or that protein chicken i think why not just eat another steak see another hamburger you know just eat more heart just eat more protein and muscle mass in like actual meat then you'll get more zinc more selenium more coenzyme q10 more hemi right you'll get more vitamin a if you're eating middle you'll get more uh you'll get more vital things you get more folate you get more nutrients not that's not as much that's going to be very few of that very little of that is going to be in the protein powders
