protein synthesis had come up peaked at 90 minutes and by 3 hours had come back down to Baseline
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
however the longer you measure the more the casine catches up on the way that's also something that you have to realize
a lot of that protein is not digested yet or at least not released in circulation and the longer you measure the more of that protein still is still coming in same with what I said the casine is catching up on the way because a lot of the casine is not absorbed yet
Most of our studies people like to work on office hours so you have two hours of a runin period maybe an hour of an intervention and then four to six hours of postprandial so after a meal measuring of muscle protein synthesis so that's those are long days so most of the studies so far show that 20 grams of protein does not do better than 40 grams of protein to stimulate protein synthesis for up to 4 to 6 hours because that's typically what we do why do we always measure a four to six hours that's all the all the labs doing this kind of work is because that's the time between two meals so that makes sense
there was a study that Luke was a part of I've I think we've written a newsletter on it talking about how much much larger doses of protein could contribute to muscle protein synthesis in a study that was using casan because you know of this long lag in which it was it was dragged out
