the higher the protein the less it matters the quality whether it is a high quality protein or a lower quality protein the total protein amount matters that is at the base of the pyramid
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
if you look at experiments where people are feeding like high levels of protein like 1.6 to two grams per kilogram of body weight you don't really see much difference in you know lean mass or protein synthesis with looking at different protein sources
if you get protein high enough you can max out protein synthesis regardless of the of the form of protein you're using
because uh you can compensate for lesser quality by greater quantity
for the healthy person that already consumes a huge load of protein then those difference quality doesn't become so I always like to like to put it this way you can compensate for quality by greater quantity and that's what every athlete already does because he or she needs to consume more food because he's more active has a higher energy expenditure becomes more important on on the other scale yeah
