I think you're right and I think then the question becomes maybe by or the way forward might be watching the other metrics watching the igf-1 the ketones and the CGM and the fasting blood glucose to really get a sense of how what the timeframe is to cycle that is cycling on a daily basis enough you know that's kind of the way that I'm living now and I I wonder if that's enough you know so I'm having a controlled feeding window during the day where I'm getting lots of protein and then I'm not getting protein for 16 or 18 hours a day and so is that enough is that not enough should I cycle a longer period and I think that if we're watching the metrics like hormones in addition to these other things well we'll start to see where where the sweet spot is
