what we're dealing with now is the nuance and we're trying to find the sweet spot you know for me what I recommended to people is I think a gram of protein per pound of body weight is pretty safe for people which is a lot more than most people would eat but I'm not recommending 2 grams per pound of body weight or 3 or 400 grams of protein from what I've heard and what I've seen there's really no benefit beyond a gram of protein per pound of body weight per day for people that's plenty of protein to maintain lean muscle mass and I think you're absolutely right excess protein beyond that will will probably cause hyper M anemia or overload the urea cycle and the liver to metabolize the amino acids but I think we also should not go too low and that may be where where the nuances so do you well again yeah I really talking about cycling and cycling this higher and lower to make sure that we are getting into stages of etaf 'try but again not staying there forever either we need to cycle back and forth because that's essentially how we evolved
