However, at least to my knowledge, again, to my knowledge, there have not been any controlled clinical trials exploring psilocybin for the mania associated with bipolar disorder. If someone out there is aware of those clinical trials, please let me know. I'll do an update in a future podcast, but right now, no knowledge from me about psilocybin clinical trials for the manic component of bipolar disorder.
