we're getting raw milk that when it leaves the breast is already in the process of fermenting okay so we're drinking it it's fermenting it comes into our mouths as soon as it goes into our bodies it gets hit with a bunch of different enzymes including lipase which helps break down the fat lactase which helps break down the sugar lactose and depending on the mammal chymosin or a chymosin-like enzyme which denatures the protein and uh coagulates the milk and makes it sort of semi-solid
