the amount of resveratrol needed just isn’t in there…
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.
the amount of resveratrol needed just isn’t in there…
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
the amount of Resveratrol and red wine uh is to get enough of it you need to uh drink 30 bottles a day
while resveratol has been shown to have potential in laboratory studies the actual amount of ratol in red wine is quite small ranging from about 0.03 mg to 1 millgram per glass to achieve the levels used in pharmacological studies which are often between 50 to 500 milligram one would need to consume an impractical amount of red wine literally thousands of glasses therefore it's unlikely that the moderate consumption of red wine as part of a daily diet provides enough Resveratrol to have a significant pharmacological effect on cognitive functions or neurod degenerative processes
