and so in a sense the people that you study as centenarians might have these loss of function mutations to sort of protect them and yet as they age rather than high amounts of meat just being normal for them what you're really saying is that they get less value be an IG f1 or growth hormone or protein etc than the normal person and so they're saving off sarcopenia and keeping their stem cells going at cetera on a higher amount of meat because you know they couldn't process it the same way other people
