i guarantee you i can find literature for you that shows that it has potentially negative side effects and that its benefits are redundant you're already getting those benefits and it's very hard for anyone to make an argument against this statement you really can't prove these molecules do anything above and beyond what you are going to get in your daily life if you are doing sauna cold plunge exercise sunlight all these good things maybe fasting intermittent fasting like prove to me this is what i would say prove to me that these molecules give you a benefit above and beyond that because they definitely have side effects that are often ignored
