The studies on on like hot baths on, you know, hot tubs, if you have access to that or just drawing a hot bath at your home, um are actually decent. like there's some they suggest that there's a similar sort of mechanism and some degree of benefit that is somewhat similar to a sauna although it's not as well studied but theoretically you're getting a very similar sort of situation where hot temperature in this case it's you know a um convective rather than conductive heat loss but like you know um increasing the body temperature of it rather quickly causing all that heat probably getting heat shock protein activation so that's another another good benefit
