so the only strategy that i think is viable what's reasonable is to limit your linoleic acid eat a low linoleic acid diet let your body get rid of that linoleic acid in your life i would actually say it's probably not even a low linoleic acid diet it's just a normal evolutionarily consistent linoleic acid diet amount in your life that is what you should eat get saturated fats get odd chain fatty acids get stearic acid from animal fats tallow and butter are king and ghee and let your body do its work over time i think that's the best way to do it
