now I want to point out that I had only 9.9 G of Omega 6 none of which was seed oils and I think that the ratio of Omega-3 to Omega 6 is kind of important to consider but mostly I think it's important to maybe not get too much Omega 6 and especially not omega 6 from refined bleached and deodorized oils like seed oils I don't worry about 74 gram of saturated fat I celebrate saturated fat many saturated fats are associated with leanness like 18 carbon saturated steric acid so I don't worry about saturated fat from animal Foods
