if you guys saw the last video you saw me talk about the chinese study in which they gave people diets that were high and low medium and high in soybean oil and the people that had the highest amount of soybean in their diet lost the least weight all of the diets in that study appeared to be hypocaloric they didn't give people the right amount of calories but people who had less soybean oil lost more weight and they had more saturated fat in their diet so these polyunsaturated fats appear to cause our fat cells to grow or retain weight
