I believe it's getting rid of seed oils I think that that is the single most important thing again I see it through the lens of biochemistry and nutrition it's it's there's no one single thing right you need to sleep well you need to not be super stressed you need to get nutrients in your food but if you had to do one thing if you completely eliminated seed oils from your diet think about the number of foods that you would eliminate the number of ultra processed things you would eliminate that would be the single greatest thing you could do in your diet to improve your cardiovascular fitness and lower your cardiovascular risk long term
