it's much better to replace seed oils with animal fats which are much lower in linoleic acid
remove seed oils and replace them with saturated fat containing animal fats like butter Tallow or ghee
don't fall for it eat animal fats
I really think Tallow is an incredible cooking fat it makes your cooking so much healthier you're not oxidizing olive oils hopefully you're not using seed oils at all it's just such a good fat to have in your life in your kitchen
overall get seed oils out of your life eat more animal fats that's Tallow which is rendered beef fat butter ghee you will be healthier
if you want to be healthier get seed oils out of your diet completely things like corn canola sunflower safflower peanut soybean oils replace them with animal fats like Tallow butter and ghee and you will be much healthier long term
