the good news about that is because what you said about gluten-free options being better than conventional options and then going a step further and having these you know more natural options they do use cassava and some other products and they also use almond flour and we know there's some issues though with plant defense compounds you know lectins Etc but again if you are trying to just replace really bad snacks that are full of seed oils with something that is way less offensive it can be the bridge in gap to keep your sanity
