Best strategies are often the ones that you never feel like you're hungry. Food for humans is single ingredient foods and foods with labels your great grandmother will recognize. If you are not eating that, you are not eating food for humans, you are essentially stacking the deck against yourself, making yourself more hungry, you will very well likely need an ozmpic or something to lose weight because your brain is so disordered and you cannot actually achieve real hunger without eating excess calories and nutrients that lead to obesity.
