You know, I noticed on on like day one, day two, your your body's in shock like you right you you've missed a substantial portion of unexpected sleep and your body's just kind of confused. You feel that fatigue and that overhang and then day three, four, you stabilize just a little bit, but then other things kick in like you notice that the kinds of foods you want to eat change. So instead of your typical I mean my protocol of eating veggies, legumes, extra olive, olive oil, berries, nut seeds, now for the first time like something salty or something fatty or like these high calorie dense junk foods they start appearing like you know what maybe
