So I think if you do it at very little occasions, I think you should not worry too much that this will have lasting impact. And the good news is that if you readjust your schedule, you could come back to it. The problem is when you maintain this wrong schedule for a prolonged time and it becomes chronic, prolonged periods of time, that's when you have the problems and the accumulation of the problems. So when you have sleeping problem, you produce metabolic problem. When you have metabolic problems, you produce lack of exercise. And you could see how things can spiral out very quickly.
