I was thinking of some of the things last week that I used so I've been very specific and set in quite clear goals and targets identifying this behavior and but choosing a time or was it to be too Willy also really thinking about my values and my future self and who I want to be and and just being aware and the self-sabotaging itself comes up just just being aware of that has been brilliant but also just to throw in there the accountability I think has been important
