Like um for example, the the interventional trial that um that we looked at where it's melatonin, exercise timing, and light exposure in professional athletes. This was like um a study that was a non-controlled study that they did in an Argentinian soccer team, only 22 males, but they basically very specifically gave them a certain amount of melatonin at a certain time of night. They controlled when they got daylight exposure when they got to the location and when they exercised. And they found that the time shift for a 12-hour difference, so this is a 12-h hour time zone difference, that time shift only
