I think that the most impactful habits I have right now or some of the most impactful habits have to do around circadian rhythms and sleep so getting sunlight in the morning — grounding and that's built into surfing but perhaps more importantly or equally important — is screen avoidance late at night and and a a distinct bedtime which sounds geriatric and we're going back to the wise Elder thing I suppose here I can't escape it
