they are amazing at protecting the eyes covering the spectra of light that is going to negatively affect the suprachiasmatic nucleus and the secretion of melatonin that is blue and green light 400 to 550 nanometers
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i just love having the flexibility to protect my suprachiasmatic nucleus to protect my circadian rhythms with blue locking glasses these are definitely an upgrade to your life
their blue blocking glasses are amazing
and wearing a good quality pair of blue light blocking glasses is always worth doing as well ones that block between 400 and 550 nanometers that's where the melatonin disruption zone is and i can send the study for that as well which which shows that that is the exact zone of light we need to be blocking to increase melatonin
