around 9:00 p.m. they're like Wide Awake second wind right the second wind and they're like oh no I need to sleep tonight um now maybe it's the case that they're a they would be better off going to bed far earlier and waking up earlier the next morning but in many cases it's just that transient 45 to 6 you know 70 minute window of increased uh alertness this kind of um uptick in the in the Circadian system
