for my own personal temperature control I use an eight Sleep mattress and during my deep sleep it's down to 71 f height and then during my R it's up to 73
my settings are I go to bed at 73°F when I fall asleep and I dip out into my first uh stage of deep sleep it's 69 fah when I come back up into REM it's around 71 72 and then when I wake up it's 73
