the conclusion is that zinc supplementation needs to be given to alopecia areata patients who have low serum zinc level we suggest distinct supplementation could be an adjuvant therapy for the alopecia or a lot of patients who have a low serm zinc level for whom nutritional therapeutic methods have been unsuccessful I would extend the assertion there and say that zinc supplementation in the form of steak and liver in the form of food could be helpful for anyone with hair loss of any type including androgenic alopecia for both men and women
