if I had a steak while being totally carnivore that's kind of key while being totally carnivore I would have post prandial triglycerides of let's say two hundred and thirty two hundred and forty two hours afterwards but then I would test again for hours afterwards before I went to sleep so I did it like say 8:00 and I was going to be going to sleep at midnight and it was still around 2:40 so that's why I call it carryover I'd go to sleep and it carry it over my sleep cycle and I wake up in the morning with something elevated let's say like 140 180 something up there
