it doesn't make sense to me that a food like red meat so full of nutrients that are so bioavailable for humans would worsen your longevity prospectus when it is full of unique nutrients that you cannot find in plant foods that clearly improve your longevity
how can there be so many nutrients in red meat and organs that are beneficial for humans and clearly beneficial for indices of longevity and metrics that contribute to longevity when red meat is bad for us doesn't make any sense to me
