Now we know everyone should do it.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Now we know everyone should do it.
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I'm very frankly delighted that nowadays there's such a push for women and men to resistance train
I think it's a wonderful shift now in in culture that resistance training is being uh used done by by by Young People by older people women and men you know it's fantastic this was not the case 10 years ago this was definitely not the case 20 years ago was like bodybuilders football preseason football players and Military were the only people weight training now it's everywhere
I love that strength training resistance training is starting to really make a showing here in the US and the general public I think it's one of the best things to happen in the last few years
people are starting to appreciate the importance of strength and stability and that we're less afraid of this you know there's more discussion of the importance of resistance training and that it's not a it's not a young guy thing to do it's an everybody thing to do
I feel maybe optimistically that we are in a place now where people are starting to appreciate the importance of strength and stability and that we're less afraid of this you know there's more discussion of the importance of resistance training and that it's not a it's not a young guy thing to do it's an everybody thing to do
And then, uh, luckily I do think today, and maybe you would see this more than I do, but I I do think today women are realizing the importance of resistance training, perhaps in a way that they didn't 20 years ago.
