The training frequency might seem low, but each muscle group gets hit directly and indirectly so it works out well especially if you don’t recover particularly well.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I only make progress if I train each muscle group once directly per week, but they probably each get some indirect training on other days.
and actually hitting muscle groups less frequently for me that's again once directly once indirectly y has worked really well
It does seem to be the case lately that most of the papers as I understand point to every muscle should be trained twice per week. Um perhaps not as intensely in the two workouts but um at least twice per week. And you said three times per week is probably even more beneficial.
But anyway, I do believe hitting a muscle three times a week is a little bit better, but it's it's more risky. It's you can over you can spin your wheels.
And um went back to training each thing directly once per week and where there's indirect uh stuff, you know, arms getting hit once indirectly because of a chest and back workout on a separate day. Found I went right back to to progress again.
because your muscles don't take usually a whole week to recover but if you push them hard maybe at most half a week you can train every major muscle group of your body in every single session that you do
And on a general level, I think kind of three days a week is a default that would be a good...
