If you want to maximize your gains, you need to hit a muscle probably twice a week.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Seems like twice per week, hitting each body part twice per week. So whole body twice per week. Is that that's what I'm hearing.
you should probably use what is ever allowing you to adapt at the time if you're somebody who is you know relatively new to training you start doing 10 sets per body part like one what's going to happen once you plateau that's a lot more sets you're going to have to add on top of that and two you're probably going to outpace your recovery capabilities
