but beginners really should just use exclusively free weights... Advanced lifters may make a good use of machines and they don't need to be taught how to do that they can figure it out
I would probably do two lower body days one upper body day could even flip-flop it on alternating weeks if you wanted to even it out uh and it would mostly be honestly uh just some machine stuff that's very easy for her to do to get in there because honestly she's never trained before everything's going to cause an adaptation
