instead what i do with her is i say okay here's what we're gonna do we're gonna build muscle i'm gonna slowly increase your calories we need high quality protein and over the course of months i get her metabolism to burn 2300 calories a day or 2 400 calories a day then from there i can cut then from there we can cut calories and the fat comes off her body and then she's in a position where she's eating more than she did before but she's leaner
