where you're maintaining a neutral neck and your eyes kind of go with that so you get yourself in the position you know on the bottom the deadlift like where your head is the continuation of your body like you're an insect or something and then you look at the spot on the ground that's appropriate and your eyes will come up so that's a good general standard recommendation for people with long necks looking straight ahead it's it's a good recommendation
