So, if you're in a within a reasonable amount of weight and not too heavy, um, the injury rate is exceedingly low. It's not that much higher than the injury rate of walking and walking is pretty safe.
I think it's also a good tool for runners because the injury rate is much lower. So if you're within a reasonable amount of weight like of course if you go up to these crazy weights.
