when you get to hyper then your optimal Cadence is up to you you can do any combination in fact you could do it the same exact Cadence that you did your strength training with and get the same adaptations as hyper if you modify the other variables appropriately or you could go slower or you could do pauses or you could do a a thing that is uh called triphasic training
