for instance you can have a direct connection between a abnormal artery and a vein in the spinal cord which doesn't cause a typical Stroke by blocking blood flow but it causes more of that Venus problem we discussed where there's so much blood going directly from the artery to the vein bypassing the capillaries that the veins become engorged the blood can't get out of the spinal cord and the spinal cord becomes congested and patients can present with problems uh walking or uh sensory problems
