I do supplement with something called alpha-GPC, which is, essentially, in the acetylcholine pathway, or biosynthesis pathway. I don't take it very often, but I will take 300 milligrams of alpha-GPC from time to time. From time to time, I mean anywhere from two to three times per week. I'll generally do it early in the day, 'cause it, for me, can have a little bit of a stimulant effect.
