you got to be careful with supplements because of all the binders and the supplements and I don't like titanium dioxide or silicon dioxide this is garbage
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
you know silicon dioxide titanium dioxide Tau um you know citric acid additives to these um to these supplements vitamin C exactly which can be from corn or other problematic things so I just want people to understand that uh supplements are not benign and and the excipients in here are are are are pretty significant
supplements are not benign and and the excipients in here are are are are pretty significant you want to you want to run with that for a little bit I'd love to hear your thoughts on this too because I just think for many people they don't need these supplements uh they're if you just keep meat and organs and fruit you're gonna be fine you're going to get all the vitamins you need and what you're you're getting all this stuff that you're not even aware of which is why I'm not a fan of this stuff
