the idea that look there's research on toine and carnosine and all these nutrients that shows it's beneficial so many ways we need more studies on longevity and humans but I suspect they will show exactly the same thing that torine does across all the animal models
we haven't studied torine in humans but all of those species make me highly uh confident that it will improve longevity in humans
