I've lowered my testosterone to one 4 mg patch a week
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.
I've lowered my testosterone to one 4 mg patch a week
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
My last T level when tapering off was 832 (T doesn't start declining until early 30s in men).
My weekly dose of testosterone (via Androderm patches) was 58.2 mg.
I am not on TRT.
My last T level when tapering off was 832 (T doesn't start declining until early 30s in men). SHBG was 76 and Free Testosterone Index is age 40 equivalent.
My weekly dose of testosterone (via Androderm patches) was 58.2 mg.
My most recent testosterone measurement was 841 ng/dL eating plants only and without TRT.
To clear up a misconception, I am not on TRT.
My testosterone was always in the normal range.
My testosterone is 860 WITHOUT supplemental testosterone. Don’t you think it’s disingenuous to say your blood work is perfect when you have to be on TRT to have normal testosterone levels and thyroid hormones to have good thyroid labs?
