I started doing some phlebotomy I don't think that this means bread meat isn't good for humans I think it means there's an intersection of my genetics with my environment maybe my ancestors didn't get as much red meat but I still find that red meat specifically ground beef for the majority of my meat and organs being heart and liver either fresh or desiccated are the best sources of nutrients I can get versus things like chicken or fish which are often much more contaminated because their diets are not as good because there are heavy metals microplastics perifluoroalkylated substances
